Our
TruBone products are designed to feel and perform like real bone. Molded from proprietary urethane foam,
TruBones mimic the cortical shell and cancellous core of natural bone while providing unmatched fluoroscopic properties.
TruBones can also be impregnated with synthetic blood. Our patented moistening process enhances the fluoroscopic properties, drastically reducing air-bone dust during mechanical cutting and provides ultra realistic tactile feedback!
TruBones are commonly embedded in our life-like soft tissue models and used in workshops that demonstrate minimally invasive surgical techniques involving the use of fluoroscopic imaging to determine placement of needles, screws or implants.
TruBones can be customized to meet your exact specifications of deformity or fracture. All that is needed is a scanned image or exact description as to the alteration.

In addition to our existing vertebral disc products MARC announces
TruDisc technology which offers a fully dissectible vertebral disc including a fibrous annular wall and an ultra realistic nucleus.
TruDiscs can be offered as a single level stand-alone product or incorporated into any
TruBone spinal model as requested.
